De regio Versailles, ooit een van de grootste wijnbouwgebieden van Frankrijk, herleeft na eeuwen dankzij een ambitieus project van wijnmakers Adrien Pélissié en Julien Brustis. Het domein La Bouche du Roi, gelegen op de Vlakte van Versailles, combineert historisch terroir met moderne wijnbouwtechnieken om wijnen met een unieke identiteit te creëren. De kalkrijke bodem, duurzame aanpak en respect voor het ambacht resulteren in wijnen die de rijke geschiedenis en het unieke karakter van Versailles opnieuw tot leven brengen.
